I&#039;m thinking if this was a beer commercial with men sending a woman to the kitchen &quot;where she belongs&quot; or sending a woman &quot;to the doghouse&quot; there would be public outcry. While it was a hit among women and passed around as a funny, viral video clip, did the buyer ever see this ad? Were any men influenced by this ad, or by their wives, to buy jewelry from JC Penny?  With a report of &quot;soft&quot; jewelry sales and overall decline of 8% in the 5 weeks leading up to Jan 3rd (nationaljewelernetwork.com) I would assume not.]]></description>
